Notice of Special Meeting

A Special Meeting of the Members of Regina Early Learning Centre has been called at the request of the membership.

Date: Friday, September 4, 2026
Time: 7:00 p.m.
Location: 2115 Athol Street, Regina, SK

Purpose of the Special Meeting

The purpose of this Special Meeting is to consider the following resolutions:

• The removal of the current Directors from office.
• The appointment of new Directors to the Board.

Only individuals who meet the membership requirements under the organization’s bylaws will be eligible to participate in the meeting and vote on the proposed resolutions.

In the coming weeks, Regina Early Learning Centre will provide a formal guideline outlining:

• Who is considered a member of the organization.
• The criteria and eligibility requirements to become a Board Director.
• The process for submitting an application to be considered for appointment to the Board.

Members are encouraged to watch for additional information, including meeting procedures andeligibility requirements, which will be shared prior to the meeting.
