The Regina Perinatal Health Network (RPHN) provides support services to perinatal families with a special focus on those who are experiencing, or at risk for developing, a Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorder (PMAD) like Postpartum Depression (PPD) or Anxiety. Our services include prenatal education and coordination of care for those living in Regina and the surrounding area.

We assist birthing people in accessing the education they need to feel empowered during their birth experience, while developing a clear pathway to treatment with a strong sense of community for those experiencing a PMAD. We help birthing people make informed decisions about their care and build confidence in their ability to parent.

If you have any questions about our programs, or want to speak to someone about how you're feeling, contact Sara at sara@rphn.ca or call (306) 520-8431.

“I had challenges understanding the medical culture here as an immigrant. The classes were so beneficial as it demystified birth and made me very comfortable with natural birth options.”

"Birthing people need better access to supports, both pre- and post-natally. My first pregnancy and birth was not as well-supported and my physical and emotional health suffered as a result… The wide variety of services the RPHN offers gives people the tools to access what they need.”
